Lenny Addams (Owner) and Marco Tolentino (Grounds Maintenance Operations Manager) have over 50 years of combined grounds maintenance experience. Both Lenny and Marco started as crew members and worked their way up to their current respective positions. With years of in-field knowledge they are able to efficiently and effectively work with the Crew Leaders to ensure proper practices and contractual obligations are met.

Our crew’s efficiency allow them to visit each property weekly as scheduled to perform contractual grounds maintenance. Marco visits each property weekly to ensure it has been serviced to the customer’s expectations. With this weekly oversight we are able to have a high customer retention rate year after year.

Lenny directly manages the landscape design and installation division. His expansive knowledge of plants and keen ability to redesign a landscape with aesthetically pleasing, but diverse plants help keep our customer’s properties looking fresh and up to date.

Lenny and his team also install drainage systems, as well as wood, aluminum, and vinyl fencing.

Irrigation

Trevor Atkins (Operations Manager) directly manages the Irrigation team.  With the ability to install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems we are able to keep our properties looking healthy and green even in the harsh Virginia Summers.  Whether you are looking for an entire new irrigation system, clock upgrades, remote accessibility, or simple repairs our team can handle it.

We are also certified through DPOR to perform backflow preventer inspections and certifications.

Kelly Hensley (Hardscape Operations Manager) has over 35 years of hardscape experience. He and his team deliver a top notch product while ensuring that your outdoor living space meets or exceeds your expectations. With experience in all styles of pavers including  Cobblestone, porcelain, flagstone, marble, bluestone, etc.. we are able to transform you existing outdoor space to a place that you and your family can enjoy for years to come.

Kelly and his team also install low voltage lighting, synthetic turf, pedestal pavers, build and construct pergolas and trellis’, pedestrian foot bridges, concrete pouring and concrete repair, and other specialties that allow you to relax and enjoy your outdoor living space.
